I take Melatonin and Lutein about an hour before bed. Over the past 11 months, Lutein has significantly improved my sleep quality. I feel more rested upon waking, even if I wake during the night. I can remember my dreams when I wake up and I don’t feel drowsy during the day—Lutein truly enhances my sleep!
